THREE RIVERS HOSPICE & PALLIATIVE CARE

We provide care for patients and support for their families when facing a diagnosis of a life-limiting illness. Our goal is to help people live each day to the fullest by focusing on comfort care, pain management, and relief of distressing symptoms. Death is neither hastened nor is it postponed. The focus of hospice is on care, not cure.

The family, patient’s physician, and the Hospice team work together to provide the best possible care for the patient. Patients and caregivers are not alone on this journey; the Hospice team is by their side.
